Brian's Harley-Davidson®Rentals

Rental Requirements

•    • Minimum age 21*
•    • Valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement from country or state of permanent residence
•    • Major credit card. (minimum $2,000 deposit hold) We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
•    • Must possess the necessary skills, knowledge and ability to operate a heavyweight motorcycle. An orientation ride will be required prior to leaving Brian's Harley-Davidson®.

* Recent graduates from Motorcycle Safety Classes must be at least 25 years of age to qualify for rental.

Coverage Options

Supplemental Liability Insurance Coverage- $15.95 per day

Protects against claims made by a third party for bodily injury and/or property damage sustained as a result of an accident while operating a rental motorcycle. Coverage is increased, from the underlying insurance specified, with the signature on the rental agreement, up to a total of one million dollars.

Personal Property and Personal Accident Coverage - $10.85 per day
Protects against damage to personal effects owned by the renter, as well as any immediate family members of the renter who reside in the renter's household and are traveling with the renter. Provides Accidental Death and an Accident Medical expense benefit for the renter and their passenger. Coverage is provided for the renter during the coverage period. Coverage for the passenger is provided only while the passenger is on the rental vehicle. Personal Property Limits: $750 per person, $1,500 aggregate limit Death Benefit: Renter $50,000, Passenger $25,000 Medical Expense: Renter $2,500, Passenger $2,500 Policy Aggregate: $80,000

Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) - $15.95 per day
Provides protection for damages caused by vandalism or theft or fault of renter.

"Piece of Mind" Package - $29.95 per day
All three (LDW, SLI, & PP) Insurances in one simple package. Put your mind at ease.

Security Deposit:

With LDW: $2,000 per rental
Without LDW: Full value of the rental

All rates are subject to change for seasonal, blackout periods, and availability.

Pick-up and Return

All pickup and delivery of motorcycles are at Brian's Harley-Davidson®/Buell of Langhorne, PA, during regular business hours stated by the rental operator. Rentals are based on 24 hours from time of pickup. Late charges will apply. The models available for rent in the spring of 2013 are:
