I picked up my 2000 Buell Blast last night after your dealership was
finished with servicing the bike: 1000 mile maintenance and replaced
spark plug wire. It was my first experience at your dealership and
found the service people very helpful, especially Joe, and the work
performed was stellar. I had recently purchased the bike from Craig's
List for commuting to and from work in the city. I was concerned the
bike was not properly tuned because of a long sit in the previous
owner's garage. It only had ~350 miles on it, but I thought I should
get the 1000 mile service a bit early--in order to make sure
everything is adjusted and lubricated properly. Bob was my service
advisor, "KTK" actually did all of the work, and Joe was my contact on
the phone. I am highly appreciative of the results and hope that this

I am writing this email to let you know that I am very impressed with your dealership and more specifically the service department.
I schedule a 5000 mile check up and a detailing for my bike. "Joey" came and picked the bike up. There was a slight ix up with someone locking my bike, I asked Joey if he needed the keys but he informed me that he didn't. The next day "TRA" called and asked if I have thrown the keys in the bike, I replied no and he said not to worry someone there had picked the lock on the bike so they could start on it.
I came to your dealership as I did not have a good experience with another HD dealer that is closer to me but I shall let be nameless. I had the choice of 2 other dealers that were 'close"enough for me and your dealership got the best reviews from a few buddies.
Moving on, Tra called back and informed me that I would be needing a rear tire. Tra was very easy to talk with understood what my problems were and even called back a few times so that we would get the radio troubles I was having squared away, and the right way, not like what happened at the last HD dealer.
I came to pick the bike up, paid the bill with a dude from service that also was very nice to work with. Even got the 10% discount from the flyer!
Upon receiving the bike I was somewhat dismayed that it didn't look that clean, so before I let this form yet another impression that was not stellar I went back inside and asked the service dude what exactly can one expect from a detail, he said let me take a look. When he came out he couldn't be more apologetic. Apparently whatever happened the bike was not completely detailed. He informed me that this was not a normal occurrence and that he would take care of it. I had to leave as I had another appointment so he gave me a card saying he owed me a detail cleaning I was ok with that. He made a bad situation good.
They called the next week trying to schedule a pick up so that the detailing could be redone. We scheduled it and the bike was picked up.
A few days later I received another call asking what a good time was to have the bike dropped off. We made the appointment and I expected the bike on Wednesday morning, 3-25-08.
Joey called me on Tuesday asking if I wanted the bike delivered by him on the way home (he lives in the same town as me) I told him that would be wonderful and waited for the bike to get there.
When the bike did arrive I was just knocked out. The bike had looked so totally different then it had looked when I took possession last time. Not only was the bike "new"looking the scratch's I had in a saddle bag were buffed out. I didn't think they would come out.
I can not tell you enough that the crew is awesome. Joey and Tra along with the dude in service (with Glasses) not only know what customer service is they PRACTICE it. I am in a service business as well and if half my crew acted that way, well I couldn't ask for more.
To many times we hear only the bad things that people go thru and not nearly enough of the time do we get the Kudo's that we deserve. Well this email serves that purpose. I want to thank you for letting me have a good experience with an HD dealer I was becoming alittle suspect but you have restored my faith.
Sorry I was alittle long winded with this but I did want to let you know how I felt and what it looks like from a customers point of view.
Any and all of my future needs will be brought to your dealership. I look forward to a nice relationship with you and your people.

Just wanted to say that Dave did an excellent job on my engine upgrade on Saturday. It looked like it was an excellent day. I expected a few more people but those that were there seemed to enjoy it immensely. I know three people ordered the same horn that is on my bike. And I think I convinced one guy to do his engine upgrade. He was hesitant at first but after seeing the nice job he was convinced.
Dave was very professional and confident in his work and it showed even though many questions were thrown at him left and right. I have 15 guys under me and not one of them displays the confidence and professionalism in their jobs that Dave showed on Saturday. He is to be commended for a job well done.
I will most likely be in on Friday to pick up my bike and hopefully the detailer will show the same confidence in his work as Dave did in his.

I would like to express my opinion that your Service Writer Trey Krajewski is not being paid enough for what he does for Brian’s Harley-Davidson. Every time I have been in the service department, Trey is clearly doing more than one thing at a time, and doing them well. He has a great rapport with the customers and a clear knowledge of what needs to be done to solve the problem.
His recall of customers and past problems is remarkable. I had my Sporty in for service several months ago to address a pop-back that was happening through the carburetor. Recently, I had occasion to speak with Trey and he immediately asked about that problem and whether it had been satisfactorily addressed. The fact that he event remembered my situation completely blew me away.
Trey is to be commended. His consistently positive, upbeat attitude and his strong desire to get the job done, reflects highly not only on Brian’s service department but the entire Brian’s team."

"I recently purchased a 2008 Night Train and needed a set of pipes, thus I went to your Parts Department. I was at a crossroad between the V&H Big Radius and the V&H Staggered, the Parts salesman (Sean) to me back into the Service area and found a Night Train that was in for service that had the pipes I wanted. He started the bike in order for me to hear how they sounded and the rest is history...I bought them!

"For the past year I have been shopping around for a new bike, and a dealer to do business with. A dealer is as important as the bike in my opinion. I rode Japanese bikes all my life and now wanted a Harley Electric Glide. Well...the day came, and I walked in with my title, credit, bike and just needed a deal. I met Sean who was the greatest sales guy I met. No pressure. Listened to what I wanted. Showed me around, helping me figure out exactly what I wanted. I felt no pressure to buy, but he knew I did my homework and I wanted to buy today. I walked out with my first Harley, 2007 FLHT. I drove 1088 miles in 3 days and have been smiling ever since. Very rarely do you find a GREAT dealer, and one you want to take time out of your day to reccommend, but Brain's is GREAT. I hope more people come visit, as they really care about helping the customer out. Thank you Sean for making my purchase of a new bike very comfortable, and rewarding!

"About 2 weeks after the purchase of my new 2007 1200xlC sportster it wouldn't start. I called my general sales manager Sean Wild at Brians HD in langhorne pa who i had bought it from; that night they where out with a truck and trailer and the next day it was fixed. It had a bad fuel pump regulator, just a small problem but taken care of in a big way. I hope that all your guys would have done the same and as fast and proffesionally"

"I went to Brian's w/my best friend ("Cholo") Jose Marrero one Saturday two days before my birthday. We went there to pick up some parts he had ordered for his Deuce. I was in the process of selling my '97 Shadow and '77 El Camino so I could upgrade to a Harley. I was upstairs "browsing" around and inquired about a used Ultra Classic. A gentleman who I now know as (Ed) asked if he could run my credit after he told me the price. I laughed and told him I don't know what good it would do me. He suggested it wouldn't hurt to try. After he searched I was invited down stairs to his office. As I sat there (w/little faith) my friend "Cholo" seemed more full of faith than myself and asked if he could pray for God's will regarding my credit application. I was shocked and proud to see him pray so boldly in front all who were there. Long story short...I got approved from Harley for a brand new '07 Classic and they accpted my Shadow for a trade-in!! This after I had recently been denied credit by two local Honda dealers and one Kaeasaki!!! Awesome!! I praise God for my dear friend's prayer who showed me my faith was weak...You see, I'm a disabled Vietnam Veteran who had died recently as a result of a massive heart attack. By His grace those fine doctor's @ Jeans Hosp. brought me back! I was unable to go back to work and lost my car to the repo man, I was facing eviction, my credit went totally bad. It was a mess! Uncle Sam now pays me very well and God is taking care of all of my financial needs throught he VA,etc. I'm back on my financial feet and was able to not only purchase a brand new bike (for the Vermont run) but to purchase my first Harley!!! Let me say...ain't nuttin' like a Harley!
I wanna' thank Brians for making that possible...my wife says, "See honey, The lord just wanted you to have a Harley instead of a Honda." How can I disagree w/dat?
We've now become full-fledged members of the "Harley-Cult"! Ha! Ha! Ha!

Dan and Ed were there to answer every question or concern. This experience was far superior from our first Harley purchase in 2003, a beautiful Softail Deuce, the whole experience left much to be desired, in fact that dealer acted like they were doing us a favor, we won’t even go back there for a free hot dog , and that dealer is only 5 minutes from our home. We won't go anyplace but Brian's, it is well worth the 21 mile trip to Langhorne PA. It is a damn shame all dealers don't realize the value of customer service. Brian’s sure does and judging from the volume of happy customers we met, they have made their presence known in the Harley Davidson market within PA, leaving other HD Dealers in the dust, literally!!!!

"I own a 1981 Super Glide. It's only semi-tired, but lately it has needed attention. For the third time in the last year, I walked into the service department on a SATURDAY afternoon with a problem. For the third time in the last year, Trey (the first guy on the right as you walk in the service entrance from the outside) took care of me. He had my fork seals replaced gratis (I brough the sliders in), he had my tires mounted as I waited - no appointment, ON MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND - and today, he spent some personal time when my rear exhaust bolt stripped and fell out. Because of his attention, two things happened: I got to take a 70 mile ride through Hunterdon County on a beautiful afternoon, and my NEXT BIKE PURCHASE WILL BE FROM BRIAN'S HARLEY DAVIDSON. In fact, I'm in the market for a new bike now, and will drop by tomorrow to see what that '07 FXSTB in black will cost me.....

"We love to take a "Ride" to Brian's. While at Brian's 22nd Anniversary party, we saw our dream bike. Both my wife and I loved it, we had a 2005 1200 Sportster Custom and we thought it would be a good upgrade to a Deuce. We tossed it back and forth and then my wife made the decision to call and see if the bike was still there. Well after she spoke to Kelsey to hold the bike, she called me to tell me we were going down to Brian's on Friday night and get that Deuce. We were treated very fairly and very professionally by Kelsey and the Sales Staff at Brian's. We are from about 70 miles from Brian's, but will go back to the dealership whenever we want another bike or accessory. We felt very comfortable with Kelsey, even though he was only with the dealership 3 weeks. He was very "down to earth" and not pushy. He lead us in the right direction for everything. i have to say, from day 1 to the present it has been a true pleasure dealing

big help in explaining any questions, etc.I even received a phone call from

After speaking with Brett on the phone ,he took the bike and had determined the problem within a few hours. When speaking to him , I was very pleased with his professional approach towards my problem. I myself was not a big fan of dealer service. Not just at Brians but everywhere. Brett assured me that he would do everything in his power to make me a happy customer.I was told that he spoke to the Regional Manager for Harley about my problem. "I would like to take a moment to thank the staff of Brian's H-D for the outstanding support my wife & I received on our vacation. We stopped at Brian's after rolling through Philadelphia on our way to Massachusetts. Since we were on a trip of 1,100 miles one way, I wanted to check the air shocks on our 05' Road Glide to make sure they were up to snuff. I went to the service department and asked if they had a hand pump for the shocks that I could borrow. When the service writer heard we were from the Atlanta area on our way to Massachusetts, he went to Jellyman and asked him if we could borrow his hand pump. Jellyman promtly grabbed the pump & came out to check the shocks. He set them to the right psi & then gave the entire bike the once over. On his checkout of the bike, Jellyman found the nut securing the exhaust to the frame had come off on some long forgotten road. He went back inside and grabbed a nut & replaced the missing one and continued checking out the bike.
We continued on our journey with no problems & made it home with almost 2,500 miles under our belts. We cannot thank your dealership family enough for making us feel welcome & taking time to check out our bike. It is this kind of commitment the separates the great dealerships from the ordinary ones. I purchased a Sportster back in late March from your dealership and was thoroughly impressed by the level of customer service from all of the employees that I interacted with during the process. There was, however, one person that clearly stood out both then and on a recurring basis- and that person is Matt.
Each time I have come into the dealership, I am warmly greeted by Matt and he always ask me if I am satisfied with the recent items that I purchased (which shockingly he always remembers what I purchased on the previous visit). He has been the most significant reason that I travel from Center City Philly to Langhorne to purchase all of my accessories rather than going to a dealership closer to my home (regardless of what sales they are running). "In January of 2006, my husband Jerry and I decided to start shopping for a Harley. We checked out Trenton Harley and Mills. We were told to stay away from Mike's. We even checked out the bike shops in Florida when we were there this past January for our daughter's wedding. Everyone whom we talked to in Florida said "Go to Brian's", so we did.
On Saturday, February 25, as we stopped at Brian's, we were immediately impressed by the interest that was shown to us by Shawn. He answered our questions as fast as we could ask them! The salesmen at the other shops always "had to check" on the answers to our questions. Shawn made us feel relaxed and under no pressure.
Before you knew it, we found "THE BIKE" and Shawn told us that he would have an answer for us on the following Monday. Unfortunately, our man Shawn was off on Monday. In stepped Dennis who called my husband at work to tell him that the bike "was a go". Although the bike we were interested in was a 2002, Dennis informed us that we could buy a 2006 model for just $30.00 more per month.
At this point we were concerned about Shawn losing a sale. However, we were assured that Shawn and Dennis work together and that everything would be fine. So on Monday evening, after signing many papers, Jerry rode off on "his 2006 dream".
Five years ago, Jerry's father passed away and he did not have insurance. Jerry sold his bike to pay for his father's funeral. He then purchased a car for me instead of buying another bike. The car is paid off and now Jerry's dream of owning another bike has come true.

My bike was fixed right the first time with no 2 week wait and no run around. It was done the next day . And service called me to tell me it was done. "Brian,
Just a note to express my thanks for the excellent service your staff provided this past week.
My bike was the unfortunate victim of a total lapse of good judgment on my part, resulting in seriously damaged cosmetic appearance. I foolishly sprayed the polished aluminum surfaces (wheels, heads, cases) with a non-compatible cleaner/de-greaser resulting in severe discoloration/staining.
To add insult to injury, I pulled the primary case with the intent of hand polishing. In the removal process a gear came away with the case resulting in a motorcycle that not only looked terrible, but didn’t run as well.
This was late afternoon on Monday (7/18). I called Cheryl, she arranged for a tow, Joey was at my place within the hour, the bike was running the next day. I it then went to the detail shop and I had it back Thursday (7/21) looking as good as the day I bought it (2004 Sportster 883).
Needless to say, I am a happy camper!

"I recently purchased a used 1996 Heritage Soft tail at Brian’s. It is my first Harley Davidson and I can’t be happier. I am writing to express my appreciation for the treatment that I received from the staff who assisted me. I believe I was treated as well as a new bike buyer.
As a business owner I understand that too often letters are written to businesses to deliver complaints, rarely to compliment. I strongly believe that when a business and the people who work there create a positive experience and provide excellent service they should be recognized for their effort.
This was my first visit to your new location. When I walked in to the showroom I was immediately impressed with the facility. "I am taking this time out of my busy schedule to let you know how tremendously pleased I have been with my purchasing experience at Brian's H-D. Working in a customer-oriented field myself, I know that much customer feedback to a high-level management is negative, but I have been so impressed I wanted to contact you directly to share my story with you.
I originally had been working with another dealership to locate the bike I wanted - a 2003 Blue XB9R. My relationship with them began in mid-February, and it was a slow frustrating process making any kind of progress with them. Fortunately, I called your dealership on the right day to learn that you had just received a trade-in a few days prior. Boy, am I glad I jumped at this opportunity.
I came in the next day, Sat. 4/2, and spoke with Bob Stites. Although the bike had not been fully serviced yet and ready for display, I was able to see it briefly. The next Tuesday I spoke with Bob again and I came in to take a closer look and to begin the purchase process. Bob then asked the salesman Greg to work with me and it just got better from there. Both men were professional, pleasant, welcoming, and sympathetic to the situation I was coming from.
Even though this was my first purchase from a motorcycle dealership, Greg made me feel comfortable and not pressured. He was a pleasure to deal with and was very accommodating. Greg and I came to an agreement, and he said the bike would be ready for pickup the next day, 4/6, and sure enough it was. Greg made sure I had everything I needed and that I understood everything that was happening.
Over the next week, riding the bike and enjoying it tremendously, I noticed a couple of mechanical issues that didn't seem quite right. I brought my concerns to Greg when I was back at your dealership for New Owner's Night on 4/12, and he immediately introduced me to Lew in Service. Lew took ownership of my issues, and asked the Buell technician to immediately go outside to my bike and see what was going on. Based on the technician's observations, Lew ordered the necessary new parts and the next week, they were replaced quickly and professionally.
Coming from the bad experience I had at the previous dealership (including losing my deposit there), I have been so impressed with the seamless integration of the various departments and the superb customer service at Brian's, and I feel it is necessary to express how satisfied I am with my decision to buy at Brian's. Your staff has consistently gone beyond the necessary minimums, and it is refreshing to experience this.
At New Owner's Night, you spoke about making relationships with customers for life; well, Brian's certainly has with me! Brian's has earned my life-long business.

He also walked me through a couple of strategies by which I could use to remove some of the damaged parts. I have been up to Brian's for something new every day since for other parts that I find to be mangled as I go. The same representative Bob has gone above nad beyond everyday I am there as well as Ron Kirkwood who also works in the parts department.
At my place of business, supervisors like to hear feedback about their employees and these two gentlemen have impressive customer care and service. I continue to come to Brian's because of the service I receive from the employees.

"I have never been as impressed with a business as I have been at Brian's HD! From the moment I started looking at a new bike until now I have been treated like family. When I walk in the door I am met with a smile and a friendly "How are you?" The sales staff are always eager to answer my questions no matter how small or off of the wall. These guys and gals are some of the most detail orientated people I have ever met. The ladies in Motor Clothes are probably my favorites as they are always willing to help me find the perfect gift for my wife or someone else. The parts guys are always eager to help me get the right parts the first time and always point out the new parts for my bike that they know I would be interested in. The Service Dept. has some really fine people. I like dealing with Trey when I bring in my bike. I was interested in the Screaming Eagle motor buildups you offered and Trey led me to get the 95ci Stage 3 motor upgrade. I cannot tell you just how happy I have been with this buildup. After the break-in and the Race-Tuner was installed and tuned the bike put out 104hp and over 100tq. I had some concernes after the buildup and Trey instructed me that I was not driving the bike hard enough. I changed my riding style and what a difference. Recently I was involved in an accident having been hit by a car. Trey and Brett have been showing me some of the best service ever. They are making sure that my bike looks as good as new just like it did before the accident. They have shown me the work in progress to make sure that everything meets my expectations. It actually is beyond my expectations and I am totally impressed. I tell everyone of my satisfaction at Brian's HD and would recommend anyone looking for a Harley-Davidson to see you. Thank you Brian for putting together such a great team.

"I was a little upset to find my 1000 mile service was not done complete and you did't have a record of it there.But on Dec 18 I had my 5000 mile service done and I have to say I was really pleased with the service and the tech ( JSJ ) He did a great job he told me every thing he done with computer updates to the motor and warranty work and servicing things that did not get done before. I am very happy with the service and the service tech. Thanks "

Upon entering Brian's on my usual Saturday visit there's a smile and a hug from Jelly, that terrific technician. Hearing Cheryl's Hi Gorgeous is another warm reception. We were in 7/24/04 to have pipes and a new seat put on the bike and Trey was the best Service Advisor we have had contact with. He was very friendly, happy, extremely knowledgeable, very full of energy, willing to take the time to help us with even the littest details.
